Thank you for supporting Desert Glow Ranch.

Each salve is handmade in small batches using organic, natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are skincare items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

If you purchased a Wild Desert Glow product and are not satisfied please let us know so we can do our best to make it right. For products purchased in local Colorado stores, returns or exchanges must be handled directly through that retailer according to their store policy.

Please know our salves are made with lots of oils, so natural separation may occur. Plus we use ZERO preservatives, so use your salve up and order some more to keep that Desert Glow!
