Processing Time

All Desert Glow Ranch products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available at an additional cost

Free Shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Local Colorado Orders & Retail Locations

We proudly partner with select Colorado retailers and resorts to offer local shopping opportunities.

Orders placed through partner retailers must follow that retailer’s shipping or pickup policy.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Desert Glow Ranch is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a delay or missing package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist with follow-up if needed.

Sustainability

Whenever possible, we ship using eco-friendly packaging materials including recyclable mailers, biodegradable fill, and minimal plastic.
